Since 1981 Lake Tool and Hydraulic Inc. has specialized in hydraulic and pneumatic design, installation, repair, re-manufacturing and replacement of systems in south Louisiana and east Texas .
We specialize in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder manufacturing, as well as repairs of pumps, motors, valves and other equipment. Our expertise includes hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components of all sizes and configurations. We have the capacity to rebuild or re-manufacture cylinders in diameters ranging from 2 inches to more than 30 inches with strokes in excess of 30 feet. We repair and maintain cylinders capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments including refining, petro-chemical, aviation, farming, railroad, transportation, construction, excavation, military, paper mills, scrap/recycling as well as marine and ship yard applications.
We also provide components for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our new hydraulic cylinder parts include rods, glands, pistons, eyes, ports, blind ends, and retainers for mobile equipment and steel mill type cylinders. In addition, we salvage repairs for components, including welding, boring/honing the tube and rod eyes. Free inspection and quoting of your component repairs is available in our shop. We offer “reseal only” options and aftermarket parts.
